What you receive

What your guests do
Guests scan your QR code or open the Upload Link, choose photos or videos
from their phone, and upload them. No PictureYour.Events account is required.
How long uploads stay available
Photo Drop files are retained for 90 days after your event date.
Download anything you want to keep before the retention period ends.
How Digital Guestbook Works
What you receive
- Sign Guestbook — the link you share with guests.
- View Guestbook — the finished guest-facing collection of approved messages and photos.
- Manage Your Guestbook — your private organizer link for settings and moderation.
What your guests do
Guests open the Sign Guestbook link, enter their name and message,
optionally add a photo, and submit their entry. No app or account is required.
You stay in control
Use your private Manage link to control moderation, appearance,
Guestbook title and other event settings. Keep the Manage link private.

Choose from different themes and styles designed for weddings,
quinceañeras, showers, corporate events, and more.
Then personalize the look for your own event.
Even the themed designs are customizable.
They are starting points, not locked templates.
Depending on the design, you can adjust settings such as your
Guestbook title, colors, background, accent styling, and other
appearance options from your private Manage Guestbook page.
